Technical Support - One-Time Intervention

Need to install a new module or theme for OpenCart? Changed your store settings and now the site no longer works?
Whether it is an emergency or a question about how your OpenCart store works and you are not sure how to solve the problem, we are here to help!

This package gives you a single intervention of up to 1 hour.

What this service includes:
- fast troubleshooting for your store
- installing or configuring a new module (for installations, the client must send us the module to be installed)
- small changes to modules already installed
- advice on OpenCart platform services and features
- fixing problems caused by incorrectly installed modules

What this service does NOT include:
- supplying new hardware or software
- fixing problems caused by limits imposed by your hosting service
- training
- adding new content to the site, such as products / categories / manufacturers / etc.

Support is provided strictly by email, except where the provider considers that a phone call is needed first.

Before purchasing the package, please contact us to make sure it is the right fit for you and to agree on a date for the intervention.
This service is valid for one use only and the intervention cannot exceed one hour. If solving the problem requires more time, the client will be notified within the first hour of work.
